Drug Take Back and year off drop off locations ( Fayette County Sheriff's Office & Adena ) brought in 292 pounds for 2022 of unused prescription medication. Eighteen pounds more than the previous year with 274 pounds. Unused prescription medication is collected by dupities at FCSO on National Drug Take Back Day and report the data to Community Action Pathways to Recovery for reporting and Community intervention and education .This event occurs twice a year and possibly three times , once in April then October. Community Actiion Pathways /Prevention provides Hope - Bags -Dertta Bags, and Medication Lock Bottles along with education and referrals.
